Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time, and get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of joining or of an annual renewal.
Membership

| Within 14 days after an annual renewal | Full refund of the renewal, and your membership ends straight away |
| Any other time | No refund. Your membership carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops |
How to cancel. Go to Manage membership in your account and cancel there. If you're within one of the 14-day windows and want a refund, email info@bookastall.com from your account email and we'll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.
Founding members. If you cancel, the £49 founding price ends with your membership. If you rejoin later, you'll pay the standard price.
Monthly members. Cancelling stops the next monthly payment. We don't refund part months, except within 14 days of first joining.
Featured fairs
Featuring starts as soon as you pay, because you've asked for it to start straight away. If you change your mind within 14 days, email us and we'll refund the days that are left. If a fair is removed for breaking our terms, the featuring isn't refunded.
If we close your account
If we close a paid account for a reason other than you breaking our terms, we'll refund the unused part of your membership.
If something isn't right
If something you've paid for doesn't work as described, tell us at info@bookastall.com and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
